The project started with a team kickoff call. At this time, we focused on diagnosing Ryde's main business pain points and helped them establish expectations. The information the TK team gathers at this stage enables us to provide a proposal that includes the following: (1) Overall summary of Ryde's brand structure and business objectives, (2) restating of Ryde’s perceived and actual challenge, solution and approach to meeting their challenge, (3) a detailed timeline, phase breakdown, tangible deliverables ROI benefits of design investment, (4) investment overview with a one to three phased pricing option, (5) terms and contract signing.
After proper research, I create and present multiple logo comps. Then, through a process of refinement with the client, an identity/wordmark is selected. The symbol/wordmark is a key building block for Ryde’s brand. It is the primary visual element that identifies the service.
